Quick FAQS

• A retainer fee of $500 ($150 consultation and $350 booking) is required to secure your event date and is counted towards your balance.


• One-time rescheduling is allowed using the funds already received. Refunds are provided if cancellation is via email 15 days prior to your event minus the retainer fee and price of items purchased for your event.



• Final payment is due 1 month before your event.


• Final event details are due 1 month before your event.


• Minimum 4 hours setup time and 2 hours breakdown time required.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

• Initial Consultation

The first step in our collaboration is an initial consultation. This meeting allows us to understand your vision and expectations. We discuss the event's scale, theme, and your personal preferences. It's crucial for setting the groundwork for a successful event. This step ensures that we align our efforts with your dreams right from the start.


• Event Designing

Following the consultation, we move to the event designing phase. Our team crafts a unique concept that reflects your vision. We select the perfect venue, decor, and ambiance to enhance the event's theme. This step is vital as it shapes the overall experience and ensures that every detail resonates with your desired outcome.


• Execution & Management

The final step is the execution and management of the event. Our experienced team oversees every detail, ensuring seamless coordination. We handle all logistics, from vendor management to guest services. This meticulous approach guarantees that your event unfolds beautifully and without any stress to you.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION ?

Please go to our “Book now or Inquire” section and fill out the form and choose a date and time. Once we have confirmed the date and time please send your $150 fee to $Jasminj59 after the consultation the rest of your fee of $350 is due. Consultations can only be scheduled for Wednesday- Saturday during the house of 5:30-8:00pm.
